Augmented Learning Private Limited (AugLi) respects the privacy rights of its subscribers, customers and employees. In the process of our operations we may also collect and track non-personal information such as learner interests, learner preferences of time, learning progress by way of activity scores, audio, video, and dashboard. We use this information to study Learning Progress, Preferences and User Segmentation to better understand, protect and serve you.
We may use aggregated information to administer and improve our website, analyse trends and gather broad demographic information. We may pass this information to third parties. In most cases this information will be anonymised, meaning that you will not be able to be identified from it.
Of course, our correspondences with you in the in the form of emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on our site are stored on our servers.

We believe that, every user of our site is in accordance to consent or any other legal basis as prescribed under law. Children under the age of 13 cannot register here and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. We retain this as long as the account is active and delete this once the same is over or once the retention period is at an end and/or for any applicable retention period post this as per law or voluntary codes of conduct. Unless otherwise prohibited, we may shorten the retention period for some types of data if needed to free up storage space.
